My order took forever to show up, way longer than they said it would. The tracking barely updated the whole time, so I had no idea where it was. I emailed to ask what was going on and basically got no real answer, which was like, what a joke. By the time it finally arrived, I didn’t even care about it anymore. Super annoying experience

It feels kind of cheap in person. I was expecting better quality for the price. What annoyed me even more is that the terms seemed to change after I had already decided to buy, which just made the whole experience feel frustrating.

I had a frustrating experience with pure-vitals.com customer service. I emailed them about an issue with my order, but the replies were slow and didn’t really answer what I was asking. What made it more confusing was that one email seemed to say one thing, then another email said something different, so I had no idea what was going on.
It felt like they were just sending the same copy-paste responses instead of actually looking into my problem. After going back and forth for a few days and getting nowhere, I just gave up. I wouldn’t order from them again.

I bought this hoping it would feel a bit more premium for the price, but in my experience it was just okay. Nothing was really wrong with it, but it also didn’t stand out enough to make me feel like I got my money’s worth. After using it, I wished I had gone with a cheaper option instead. I probably wouldn’t buy it again unless the price came down a lot.

I took it every day like I was supposed to, but I didn’t feel any different. I kept waiting to notice some kind of change, but nothing really happened. What made it more frustrating was that it wasn’t clear what the next step should be if it didn’t work, keep taking it, stop, contact someone? I ended up feeling unsure and disappointed
